Eylakr lét reisa stein þenna eptir Sassur, fôður sinn, bónda góðan. Guð hjalpi sál hans ok sankta Mikjáll.

English

Eylakr had this stone raised in memory of Sassurr, his father, a good husbandman. May God and Saint Michael help his soul.
