Finnviðr reisti stein þenna eptir bróður sinn, Þórðr, Þjalfa son. Guð hjalpi ônd hans ok Guðs móðir. Hann gerði brú at bróður sinn, ok Ása, móðir þeira.

English

Finnviðr raised this stone in memory of his brother Þórðr, Þjalfi's son. May God and God's mother help his spirit. He made the bridge in memory of his brother and (so did) Ása, their mother.
