Ragnfastr lét reisa stein ok brú gera eptir Heming, fôður sinn. Hann var sonr Ragnhildar. En Œpir risti rúnar.
English
Ragnfastr had the stone raised and the bridge made in memory of Hemingr, his father. He was Ragnhildr's son. And Œpir carved the runes.
