Þólfr(?)/Þœfr(?) ok Þorfastr þeir létu reisa stein at Þorbjôrn, fôður sinn góðan. Hér mun standa steinn nær brautu ok Gillaug réð gera merki at bónda sinn.

Þólfr(?)/Þœfr(?) and Þorfastr, they had the stone raised in memory of Þorbjôrn, their good father. Here will the stone stand near the path. And Gillaug arranged the making of the landmark in memory of her husbandman.
